Adrian’s early Charger was fitted with a 493ci motor, a new transmission, a Sure Grip and a Turbo Action shifter was installed in the original centre console. The hood scoop was also fitted.
The Charger returned, now complete with a period NASCAR paint scheme, to be fitted with an MSD, torsion bars, Super Stock springs and new Flowmasters exhausts.
Adrian continued to develop the Charger over the years and in 2018 we fitted a Dana 60 and Caltracs.
The Charger was back over the 2022-2023 off season for a transmission freshen up and a general health check.
Scott Billadeau’s new motor is a genuine Hemi Road Runner. We worked on the wiring and getting car up and running after it’s transmission had been reconditioned and the engine bay had been tidied up.
Vic has been a valued loyal customer of Billadeau Speed for many years who never misses an opportunity to bracket race his consistent Belvedere. At the end of the 2017 season he returned after destroying a half shaft and we sorted the transmission too.
Project Surf! The station wagon’s 383 was fully rebuilt with an Edelbrock carb, new cam & lifters, rings & bearings and fully reconditioned heads. The car was then given a distinctive patina paint job, finished off with sign writing by Craig Ainge. Roof mounted surf board on order!
We rebuilt the 440 for Craig’s Charger and it produced 440hp with 500ft-lbs of torque. New headers were also fitted and the exhaust system was made to suit.
