Mark Inwood's Plymouth Superbird

Mark's latest toy was fitted with power steering and power brakes. A few electrical faults were also fixed.


Howard Holmes's '68 Dodge Coronet R/T

Howard's kit form 493ci was built and installed at Billadeau Speed. The 550HP motor features a mild mechanical cam and B1/BS heads, with 600lbs of torque. The engine bay was sandblasted, painted and rewired. Other jobs included installing the centre console, fitting a fibre glass hood and the upgrading of the fuel system and the propshaft, to 1350 UJs.

Mick Tebbs's '57 Chevy

Mick's gasser was having braking issues so the conversion was made to non-power assisted brakes. The front bearings and king pins were also sorted.

 

Tim Holmes's '64 Dodge D100 Gasser

A new addition to the Gasser Circus, Tim's pick up was given a full wiring job. Billadeau Speed painted the stripes on the roof before Craig Ainge applied the signwriting to complete the trucks period style.

 

Nigel Swift's '68 Pontiac Firebird

Nigel's Firebird was fitted with a Billadeau Speed built 462ci motor on a 400 block complete with ally heads, fit for producing 550HP. A Tremec 5 speed transmission was also fitted and the wiring was sorted. More work continues...


Phil Barry's '70 Plymouth Road Runner

Phil's Road Runner came to us for a number of jobs including the fitting of a Sure-Grip diff, a transmission and brake rebuild, alteration of the roll bar and wiring. The heads were also removed to repair some broken header studs.
